EQAT Phytoplankton is a common activity of the State Reservoir Administration of Saxony (Germany) and the Working Committee Drinkingwater Reservoirs r.a. (ATT) (Germany and Luxembourg).

 

 

To whom our offer is addressed?

 

We address our offer to all those who are concerned with the qualitative and quantitative analysis of freshwater phytoplankton.

 

The proficiency test phytoplankton as an external quality scheme and as a part of the complete quality assurance system is the core of this offer. With a participation in our proficiency tests we give you the possibility of extending your quality management system by this essential component. Furthermore you can prove your analytic efficiency against your ordering parties with a successful participation in our proficiency tests. 

 

The objective of this is to establish this external quality assurance step at a European level durably open to all interested parties.

 

Furthermore we will make other interesting offers available for the area of phytoplankton as an image database, indication for the standardization of the examination procedure, a literature list, a dictionary, information on phytoplankton and water treatment and a discussion board.
